The casino experience is fun, especially with entertaining live performances. The room was overpriced and needed updates. Valet parking was a hassle. it was an average stay.

I loved that I could easily stroll to several casinos and restaurants including Hidden Pizza and La Strada which were just a few steps away as well as explore local attractions like the Reno Riverwalk District which is less than a kilometer away and the National Automobile Museum which is just under 800 meters from my stay while enjoying the comfort of my hotel room and amenities like the easy auto check-in process and the pool area but the room itself could have used some updates and maintenance attention.

Comfortable room, comfortable bed with a perfect location just a short walk from the Truckee River Walk, making it easy to explore the city.

Staying overnight in a casino felt surreal, and the airport transfer was a highlight with thoughtful drivers. The room had an amazing view of the mountains, and the coffee machine was a nice touch. the air conditioning needed fixing, and the food prices were shockingly high. Service felt inconsistent—some staff were friendly, while others seemed indifferent or dismissive. The Jacuzzi tub was a fantastic bonus, but the bathroom had some wear and tear. It’s clear the experience could use a bit more heart and care amidst the glitz.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights. Our mountain view from the large windows was a highlight. The automated room service made ordering extra coffees a breeze. The spa tub offered plenty of hot water, but entering was a challenge with no step. The shower was impressive, featuring excellent pressure. Unfortunately, HVAC noise affected sleep quality, which was a drawback. the bathroom could use updates; stains and cleanliness were lacking. The curtains let in too much light at dawn, waking me up early. Despite some quirks, the room had its appealing features.

The cleaning staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcome. I enjoyed the tasty microbrewery food and the fridge in the room was a nice touch.
The casino had a musty smell that didn’t do my nostrils any favors.

The suite was spacious and the bed exceptionally comfortable. I appreciated the stunning views and the convenient window blinds, enhancing my stay. The casino and food options were abundant. Valet parking was a nice touch. noise from neighbors was inconsistent. One night was serene; the next, I dealt with door slammers. Outside amenities closed too early, and restaurants should stay open later. The bathroom felt outdated, requiring an upgrade. Service was hit or miss—polite staff, except for one rude supervisor who mishandled a meal issue. An apology or solution would have sufficed. There's potential for a country-themed bar, catering to a more mature crowd. Improvements are needed, but the foundation is solid.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Seriously, so comfy you won't want to get out of it. loved the easy auto check, in process , quick and hassle, free. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything you'd want to explore.
Check, in was a bit rude, and the room wasn't as clean as expected. Had a running toilet issue that needed maintenance to fix.

During our recent stay at the Eldorado, we were impressed with the convenient amenities provided in the room. The ironing facilities came in handy for keeping our outfits wrinkle-free, and the heating and air conditioning ensured we stayed comfortable throughout our stay. Tea and coffee facilities allowed us to enjoy a hot beverage in the morning before heading out for the day. One thing we particularly enjoyed was the sitting area in the room. It provided a cozy spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the area. we did notice that the room lacked a dining table, which would have been a nice addition for enjoying meals in the room. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great convenience, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided, adding a nice touch of luxury to our experience. The flat-screen TV in the room was a nice feature for some entertainment, but we found the carpeted floor could use a deep cleaning as it seemed a bit worn in some areas. Perhaps updating to a more durable flooring like parquet could improve the overall appearance of the room. While we didn't utilize room service during our stay, we did find the option for car hire and housekeeping services to be convenient who may need them. having shops and commercial services on-site added to the convenience of the hotel. Unfortunately, we experienced a delay with the airport shuttle service as it did not arrive as advertised, causing some inconvenience with our travel plans. Improving the reliability of shuttle services would greatly benefit guests relying on this transportation option.

The breakfast was hearty and the staff were kind to the kids helping them with their waffles and juice The hotel had a nice little pool that kept them busy

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay! I loved lounging by the pool with those stunning views. Plus, the casino added the perfect dash of excitement to our evenings!

I chose Eldorado for its proximity to the Reno Events Center, but was pleasantly surprised by the variety of dining options on-site, including the Italian cuisine and brunch at the 7 restaurants. The complimentary wireless Internet access was a nice perk for a casino resort.
Overbilled at the buffet. Unwelcoming environment during New Year's dinner.

From the lively casino to the fantastic Broadway-style shows like Buddy, The Buddy Holly Story, there was never a dull moment. The diverse dining options, vibrant nightlife, and luxurious accommodations made our family stay unforgettable.

the eldorado resort casino at the row is super clean and in a great location. there are so many restaurants in the casino, and we loved walking to midtown for food and drinks. the staff were helpful, and we had lots of options for dining in or picking up delivery.

Had a blast with friends at live concerts and free circus acts at Circus Circus Reno and Silver Legacy. Casino was lit with games like poker and slots. Skyway to both resorts made it so convenient – no FOMO here!
Wish they had more late-night dining options for the younger crowd.

we had a great stay at Eldorado Resort Casino At the Row. our room was clean, spacious, and quiet, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. the location is excellent, right in the middle of downtown, with plenty of dining options nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the casino and lobby were consistently being sanitized, which we appreciated during these times. overall, it was a good value for the experience, and we enjoyed the fast and reliable wifi throughout the hotel.
